Haha. I just realized I never finished the post I was just writing yet published it anyway.

Anyway, an update on health would be that I had my six month checkup after my surgery. Everything still looks good with the x-rays, and the scar from my incision is pretty much almost invisible. I was a little confused by what the doctor's assistant (with whom I had an appointment, I guess, instead of my surgeon), was telling me. When I first went in for a consult, I was told all sorts of things about when I could possibly be able to do things after I recovered, but each time I go back, I get told, "I'd wait a little longer." For instance, I have been asking about jogging since the very beginning. At first, it was, "maybe a few months after surgery," and and then at my 3-month appointment, it was, "maybe after the six-month mark." Well, this time, it was, "I would recommend waiting longer, possibly until the year is complete." What the? I'm guessing she'd rather be safe than sorry. But I also get the impression from both the doctor and her that they think I'll know when the timing is right. So I'm going to test out light jogging here and there over time and just see how it goes.

Okay, I've got to get going, but up this week I've got a movie night with the Agadonis, and then I'm spending the weekend in the Vista and San Diego area with Ric and the Andersons! Wohoo!
