Funny..

That some people average a post on their blogs once a week or less, but when I miss two days, Ryan's on my case...

The weekend pretty much consisted of wedding stuff. Friday I went to the flower market in the morning, then Ric and I went to see The Science of Sleep. Review yet to come, but don't go see it, kids; or if you have to, see if it shows up in a dollar theater. Saturday we had rehearsal, spent the afternoon assembling our kickass centerpieces (everyone thought we had a florist and kept complimenting the flowers the whole day), and had the rehearsal dinner at an Italian place in Whittier. I didn't like the main course choices, which is a first for me at an Italian place. Poor Ric ate a burger before the dinner and then only had bread to eat because he hates pretty much all Italian food besides pizza and spaghetti, and those weren't on the pre-set rehearsal dinner menu. And, Ric is my hero, because he was able to sit across from a woman who kept giving him life advice and, at the same time, was unknowingly rubbing her feet against his for the entire 2.5 hours we were there! He's such a good husband to go with me to something like that.

The wedding went well, with mini-drama going on before the ceremony. At the rehearsal, one groomsman didn't show because he was picking up his tux (guess he thought it was a dress rehearsal), and another didn't because he was hungover... then another didn't show up on the actual day of the wedding until one minute before the ceremony began! Talk about cutting it close! Anyway, everything went smoothly from there, everything looked great at the reception, and I was able to keep myself calm until I had to say goodbye to Erika, which is when I cried like a baby. Haha.

I was so tired Monday morning, but I don't have time to be tired because I'm busy getting my desk cleared off so I can go on vacation, which is why I haven't posted. I'll try and squeeze in a couple of movie reviews before I'm off to Boston, and then we'll see how often I may or may not post from Danine's house.

Wedding photos to come when I get around to it!

YoP.s.

Good food at the Oyster House in Boston... (And the Green Dragon tavern is two doors down!) Get a picture of you guys in front of it for me!

(Also, right across from the Green Dragon is the oldest tavern in America...)

Have a great trip! (I'm going back next April)

No, Yo's name is Yo. Or Christian, but I'm pretty sure I've never heard him use that except on his work voicemail.

Yes, I get weekends off. I try to be computer-free on weekends, although I sometimes log on to check out dlisted.blogspot.com. haha.

I was wondering what that was in response to. I think you read Yo's thing and thought it was me.
