OK yesterday was kind of a long day, except for the 5 hour nap I took. My day started at 5 in the morning when I got up so that I could go to the sunrise service at church. While at the service one of my professors saw me and goes "Andy I am surprised to see you here this early." I replied "So am I, because you are the the professor that complains about having to teach 7 am classes." And the he says, "I still do." It was a pretty good service, I enjoyed it. Then after the service the church had a breakfast, and there I was invited to lunch at the youth ministers house. I accepted. Also during breakfast I had the enjoyment of having a few of my Sunday school kids sit by me. They helped decorate the tables for breakfast. I learned that while sitting there. That was fun though.

After breakfast, instead of going to see the adult choir do their musical, I went to prepare my class for Sunday school. I did that. This is what I did. First they were to come in and do any memory work they had, this is normal. Then I had them draw pictures of what they think of when they think of the resurrection. One student said they didn't know what that was so I told them it was when Jesus rose from the dead, and then she understood. It was the big word of the day. Also I had scripture passages about the resurrection and if they wanted to read one of those and draw what was happening there, they could. Some did. Then I had them sit in a circle and we took my disposable camera and took pictures of across the room. Then I told the story of Jesus from the garden of Gethesemane, to his resurrection with pictures I had drawn. Then I had the children explain the pictures that they had drawn. I did this because I want them to be able to explain the resurrection of Jesus to the people they know.

Then after that I went to the normal service, which was different from the sunrise service. Then after that I went to lunch at the youth pastors house. It was a lot of fun. We ate, and watched their kids do an Easter egg hunt, and then I left. It was a lot of fun though.

Then I took a five hour nap. Then I woke of, hung out for a while, then from 10 to 2 I played Halo. It was fun.

I now have no plans for the day. But it is ok.
