Kids Brief

Permalink 03:27:21 pm by matt, Categories: kids

I know that one of my goals was to blog more about my kids (Yikes, after a week I know I've made just about zero progress on any of my new year goals. I blame the snow days.). But you know, they're just so dang cute all the time that it's hard to pick out any in particular.

Yesterday the kids were playing mom and dad and circus people and the same time. I think Will was the daddy clown, and Maly was the mom who ran the circus and pushed the stroller around. Will wasn't playing nice so he got sent to his room. When Mom informed Maly that her husband was in jail for awhile, she responded, "Oh, my sweet honey! I hope he will be alright!"

I have a feeling that many of these stories will only be of intrest to the immediate family (still a bigger audience than my poker and brewing updates). But they are awsome kids. We put them to work this morning as we had visitors coming, and they got after it--sweeping, dusting, picking up, bringing in the garbage cans. For a 4 and 6 year old, they're pretty cool people.

saraI have to agree. And you are now one of Emma's favorite people, as she keeps talking about how 'Matt Sears' pulled her on the sled.

little broI guess Maly is just modeling what her mother says every time that she is informed Matt is in jail, again.
