I should look for this; I read some Dillard for a creative non-fiction class, and really enjoyed her work.

I am really loving this book. She writes about her Christian faith a lot more overtly here than in Pilgrim at Tinker Creek. And I think her writing in it is generally more interesting as well. I highly recommend it.

I actually just got a book from the library that contains Pilgrim at Tinker Creek, An American Childhood and The Writing Life.
My library seems to take a while to get newer books, and sometimes not at all. But we can usually request them from another branch that has a larger selection, so I will look for this one.
