Every year Kirksville hosts a Polar Bear Plunge to raise money for Special Olympics and this year I'm volunteering to be one of those bears.

If you want to give money you can do so at my donation page. My goal is $100. As a special offer to you, my blog friends, I've decided to arrange for someone to videotape the event. If I meet my fundraising goal of $100, I will post the video here, so you can all hear me scream like a schoolgirl while throwing myself into frigid lake water.

If I can get 20 people to each donate $5 that would do it. The money goes to a great cause.
