Vindication!

I got a call from the Better Business Bureau this morning (after weeks and weeks of waiting, resubmitting my complaint to the proper bureau, and more waiting). They let me know that Philips is going to give us a full refund for our defective TV. We're going to go out and shop around for a new TV, now. I don't know what we'll get, but it will definitely NOT be a Philips product.

I thought that today's Boondocks cartoon was particularly ironic, considering our news.
