A little perspective for your day
"There are 5,398,344,113 people poorer than you."
It's interesting to note that even as a first-year teacher in one of the poorest regions of Missouri, I still make more than 90% of people in the world.

5,757,391,304 are poorer than us. we're in the top 4%. wow! that's crazy considering we're probably in the bottom 50% here in dupage county. we should move!(we hope all is well with the portfolio, and we can't wait to see you guys in august.)

I should note that I only entered my own individual salary--not my and Erika's combined salaries. I figured the website would compare me to other individuals, not households.At this point, I think I'm actually going to finish this portfolio, which is good. We can't wait to see you, too.
