Oh yeah, I almost forgot about that...

Remember those darn WMDs? You know, the reason it was absolutely imperative that we abandon diplomacy and invade Iraq in the interest of protecting America's security? Well, the U.S. has quit searching for them. So it's official now.

Boy, good thing there are other wiser, more mature computer geeks who can somehow find their way to this blog to set everyone straight. (sorry folks . . . couldn't resist playing the older sister)

While I do like Howard Dean (a rare anti-war Democrat), I've never been a big fan of Kumbaya. Maybe we could sing "Give Peace a Chance" at the next Naive-Liberal-Idealist International Symposium. Oh, and I'm a 25-year-old adult--nobody's called me a "kid" in years.

When asked if the American public deserved an apology from Bush for this falsity, he said 'no' because of these three things (paraphrase): 1. Sadaam did not follow UN sanctions 2. The ever-evasive "things changed after 9-11" speech And 3., which for some reason, made me most angry: Sadaam's involvement in the UN Oil for Food scandal I think I am most annoyed at this because, and correct me if I'm wrong, but most people who supported the war (and who still support it) have no idea about this. How can it now be used as a motive for war, if it was never explained or even brought up two years ago. Heck, maybe it wasn't even a problem two years ago, what do I know. What I do know is this: since I have commented on your blog about this issue, I don't have to post it on my own. Now, I can go to sleep.

I swear I typed "Bush's press secretary" on my previous comment. Well, just pretend I did.
