My favorite web comic

I've had a link to this site on my blog for a while, but this cartoon inspired me to feature my favorite web comic, Cat and Girl. On the surface, it is an obious Calvin and Hobbes knock-off, featuring a precocious child and an anthropomorphic feline. Fortunately for the creativity of the strip, that's as far as the similarities go. The title suggests that the characters are not real characters, but generic constructs of cat-ness and girl-ness. This distinction is perfect for the comic's commentary on post-modern art and hipster culture. Often obscure and always bizarre, Cat and Girl is one of the best comics around.
