Oh man, I wish I had some money right now. Paul Reubens has announced that he will be bringing back The Pee-Wee Herman Show for a one month engagement to the Music Box at the Fonda in Los Angeles. Thankfully since it's a month I'll probably be able to get tickets some time. According to this article all the original characters will be in the show but it doesn't specify what (if any) original actors will be joining Pee-Wee.
I was a bit concerned about being able to go, but the guy is doing quite a few shows. I'm sure I can round up the cash. Having seen the original show on DVD, this is definitely a must see. The only bummer is that Phil Hartman isn't with us to reprise his roles.
