I think Brendo 2 is dead. If she isn't, she's most likely beyond repair. She's been living on a hope and a prayer for the last several months, as many can attest. Tonight I was driving to my friend Matt's house in L.A.. and she just died. It's most likely the alternator and the transmission. Thankfully another friend suggested I call my insurance and it turns out I have roadside assistance. So I got my car towed all the way back home for free. I'm going to get an estimate on the repairs, but I'm not hopeful, especially considering my current financial situation. So it looks like Brendo 2 will be joining Brendo 1 in car heaven.

Awww. Poor car. If you end up having to buy another, it seems like a decent time for it. I see all sorts of deals in the car world these days, from new to used. Actually, I've just been noticing how there's been a surge of cars with for sale signs in the windows in the neighborhood.
