Pepsi Stuff = Ripoff

Remember a few years ago when Pepsi was giving away millions of free iTunes downloads? Those days are long gone, my friends. Now they have a new promotion where you redeem codes from bottle caps for Amazon MP3 and Unbox video downloads. At first this sounded all right. Then today I found out it takes 5 freaking codes to get one MP3 download. I guess if you normally drink Pepsi this isn't that big a deal since you would have the caps anyway but I'm a Diet Coke guy. I switched for this promotion, assuming that I would be raking in the MP3 downloads. After weeks of drinking crappy Diet Pepsi I can now download a whopping four songs. With the old promotion I would have had a few albums worth. Thanks guys.

That is nuts! Thank God you can always have some tasty Waffles instead of Diet Pepsi.

Pepsi points will never be what it was back in the mid to late 90's. I still remember how excited I was to pull a 24 pack box out of a dumpster at Smart and Final and still see the 20 points on it. I was going nuts for those points back then. I believe I even still have the beach chair and beach towel that I earned. R.I.P. real Pepsi Points.

five codes is not bad, you're getting pepsi and free downloads...i think its fair...the promotion is still awesome....you might as well collect points if you're gonna drink it and get a free music at the same time...

Wow, do you work for Pepsi? If you read my post, you would see that I DON'T normally drink Pepsi and compared to previous promotions this one sucks ass.
