Work is simply amazing. I started my on the job training today with High Five Bob. If you're a regular at Disneyland you might know him. He's awesome. I will be working on my own out in the wilds of the park after I get signed off on Tuesday. I'm opening the park tomorrow! I have to be clocked in at 5:45 AM. Yeah. So instead of going to poker night with the guys I'm going to be keeping it low key with Grace, Jeri, and Janine and going to bed early. Tomorrow should be one of the most crowded days of the year at the park. I'm actually quite excited. I loved helping people out today and putting smiles on kids' faces. I loved walking around California Adventure before it opened. I loved walking around backstage. So much cool stuff to see. They're doing a 4th of July fireworks special after the regular fireworks tomorrow night which means 45 minutes of fireworks. Dang. So I'm definitely going to stick around for that. Or I might go home and then come back. But if anybody else is going to be at the park, let me know. I can't sign people in yet. I'm already working on getting promoted to a Casual Regular so I'll get my Front Gate Pass more quickly. That is actually looking like it will happen very soon. Hope you guys have a happy 4th of July!
