Washington Post Confirms Felt Was 'Deep Throat'
The Washington Post today confirmed that W. Mark Felt, a former number-two official at the FBI, was "Deep Throat," the secretive source who provided information that helped unravel the Watergate scandal in the early 1970s and contributed to the resignation of president Richard M. Nixon.

It's amazing to see how masturbatory the press is being right now. Going back to their heyday when they had more power. If they love whistleblowers so much, ahem....I have two names for them: Kathleen Willey and Linda Tripp.
At least we can agree in that what Nixon did was wrong. 
Am I the only one who thinks this was a bit anticlimactic? Maybe it's because I didn't live through it. When the news broke yesterday, all I could say was "Oh. OK." 
Luis...I thought the same thing. The response to it has been much more interesting than the actual "event".
I think it's a sign because it happened way before our time. I find it interesting... I'm sure my folks find it interesting because they saw it go down.
