Things at work have gone from sort of bad to much worse. Mind you, I enjoy being paid to basically sit there, but it's just not really worth it anymore. My company treats us like crap. There's no pay scale, no vacations, and our supervisors are pretty darn incompetent. People have been quitting left and right as of late and that has left many of us stranded at our posts without any relief for hours on end. Yes, we make overtime for this, but I do have a life. Also, they are so strapped for people they can't fire incompetent folks, like the guy who relieves me on the weekends and is an hour late for every shift. To add on top of all that, they still haven't paid me for a shift I did back in December. I've been calling them every week. My supervisor hasn't returned a single message I've left. I haven't even brought up all the stuff that is going on at our particular post with the new HOA board. It's insane.

So yeah, I'm tired of it all and I need to find a new job. I want to start subbing, but the next CBEST isn't until April. If anyone has any leads in the OC/LA area, please let me know. I'm willing to do anything reasonable at this point as long as it pays at least $10/hr and has a decent schedule. My already pretty good web design and programming skills are improving daily thanks to my classes, I have tons of customer service and leadership experience, and I can start two weeks after you decide to hire me.
